CONSULTATION & PLANNING
Kimberly will come to your house for an in-person walkthrough. We will take photos and make notes of items for you to have done by staging day. You will receive a follow up email report.
**Remember: Less is more at this moment - keep donating and selling items to keep your home clutter free!
GETTING READY
Please be ready!! Refer to your checklist (sent a week before staging day) and complete everything that needs to be done prior (lightbulbs, clear counters, cleaning etc.)
If that checklist isn't complete, please reschedule with a 48 hour notice! Try not to reschedule as we stay busy, and it may be hard to get a date that suits you and your realtor. As always, we will try our best to accommodate!
STAGING DAY
We kindly ask that you not be present while we work, so our team can efficiently create the best possible presentation of your home.
If you do need to be there, we simply ask for minimal disruption. Our goal is to showcase your home at its very best and ensure it appeals to the widest range of potential buyers.
PICK UP
Kimberly keeps tabs as your house goes pending and through the closing process so she can schedule pickup. You literally don’t have to do anything!
